WE OFFER 3 DIFFERENT CLEANING PLANS WITH COMPLETE CHECKLISTS
Our checklists are used as a guideline for cleaning your home. The overall condition of your home determines how much our cleaner will be able to complete. If more care is needed we will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss extra’s that may be needed, or other options.
STANDARD CLEAN – If you are looking for cleaning on a regular basis, this is the service for you! We offer discounts for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly recurring bookings. Please note you will need to add on a First-time Cleaning fee, from our Extra’s menu, if you have not had a professional clean in the last 30 days.
FIRST-TIME/ONE-TIME CLEAN – If you haven’t had your home cleaned professionally within the last month, this is the service for you. Our crew members need extra time to orientate themselves with your home and need to get in a little deeper to set the high-quality standards we’re known for. Once that’s complete, any subsequent cleans booked within 4 weeks, will fall under our Standard Clean option (omitting the First-time clean extra).
MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEAN – This service delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare the home for you or the new family moving in! Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our cleaning service and that there are no other people (movers, tradespeople etc) working in the space. We also require electricity and water! You can select the Move-in/Move-out add-on from the Extra’s menu when booking.
Your cleaning can also be customized to fit your specific cleaning needs by selecting our Services by the Hour. Please note that hourly services require the homeowner to prepare a list of items, in priority order from our checklists and extras menu, as a guideline for their cleaner. Our cleaners will spend their time doing what they can in the time allotted.
