We are 2 best friends that started a little cleaning company on Salt Spring Island 10 years ago. We have, since, incorporated ourselves as Suds & Soil, with the goal of creating small personable local business's with focus on quality, consistency and community to meet customers home maintenance needs.
We currently have 3 small cleaning businesses and plan to move into lawn care and home exterior cleaning in the near future
We have spent time perfecting the craft of cleaning and know what our customers expect and deserve.

OUR SERVICES

Standard Clean

If you are looking for cleaning on a regular basis, this is the service for you! We offer discounts for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly recurring bookings. Please note you will need to add on a First-time Cleaning fee, from our Extra's menu, if you have not had a professional clean in the last 30 days. You can find a checklist detailing what is included in our Standard Clean on our Checklist Page.

First-Time/One-Time Clean

If you haven’t had your home cleaned professionally within the last month, this is the service for you. Our crew members need extra time to orientate themselves with your home and need to get in a little deeper to set the high-quality standards we’re known for. Once that’s complete, any subsequent cleans booked within 4 weeks, will fall under our Standard Clean option (omitting the First-time clean extra). Move In/Move Out Clean

This service delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare the home for you or the new family moving in! Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our cleaning service and that there are no other people (movers, tradespeople etc) working in the space. We also require electricity and water! You can select the Move-in/Move-out add-on from the Extra's menu when booking. For more details please go to our Checklist Page

Custom By-The-Hour Services

Perhaps you are only looking to have a portion of your home cleaned, you are looking for help decluttering, there are some really, really deep dirt areas, or are dealing with post-construction clean-up? If so, we do offer by the hour services that can be catered to individual concerns. Please see our Booking Page, under the "Choose Your Service" drop-down menu, for prices on these services.

Extras/Add-ons

There are some areas of the home that don't need cleaning on a regular basis, as well as some extra charges that are necessary only for specific jobs. We have opted to leave these charges off of some of our checklists. Instead, we have compiled a list of Extras that can be added on to your bill when needed. Our Extras Menu is on our Book Now Page. Please note that if you have recurring cleans booked with us, we ask that you book any extras at least a week ahead of time, so that we can adjust your cleaners schedule accordingly.
