All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a [email protected] certified cleaner

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund accordingly.

Yes, they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

Hourly Service (regular) – $ 65/hr 

If you would prefer to only have individual areas of your house cleaned, omitting areas otherwise included in our Standard Clean, you may opt for an hourly clean. Our Regular Hourly option might also be great for a simple spruce up for listed properties that see some traffic, but not to the same degree as a home that is lived in.  

Hourly Service (deep) – $70/hr

This option could be used in situations of heavy build-up in areas. Perhaps you have just a few specific areas in your home that have not been professionally cleaned for an extended period. We can offer an hourly deep cleaning service to tackle those specific areas. We also defer to this pricing in situations where a booking is misrepresented by the client and a cleaner is surprised by the state of the home. 

Home Organization – $75/hr

Sometimes a garage, a closet, or an entire room can get a little out of control and leave you feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to even start. Our organizers will help you get things back in order. We have a three hour minimum, and can stay as long as it takes to put things right. 

Post-Construction Clean – $70-75/hr

Whether you’ve had a small renovation or it’s a new build we can get your space ready for living in. Construction creates a high degree of fine dust that creeps in everywhere! Our cleaners will have to go through every corner of the home or area of recent renovation meticulously. Please note that construction dust is highly pervasive and extra dusting may still be necessary for many months after.

Our Move In/Move Out option delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare the home for you or the new family moving in! Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our cleaning service and that there are no other people (movers, tradespeople etc) working in the space. We also require electricity and water!

Please note:

• If the inside of fridges, ovens and cabinetry are excessively dirty/stained extra charges may be applied.
• If the walls need more than spot cleaning, then additional charges from our Extra’s menu will apply.
• Detailing of window and sliding door tracks & casings is not included, but extra charges can be applied for this service.

This gives our crew members the time they need to orientate themselves with your home and get in a little deeper to set the high-quality standards we’re known for. Once that’s complete, any subsequent cleans booked within 4 weeks, will fall under our Standard Clean option (omitting the First-time clean extra). We also have discount options for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subsequent cleans!

Our cleaners do their absolute best to provide exceptional service, but there are certain things that we cannot offer/guarantee. Liability, safety, and the highest quality are considered at all times. If you are unsure about your cleaning or an item below, please call us to discuss!

That said, the following are services that we do not provide:

• We cannot perform services while other services are being performed in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)

• No lifting or moving of heavy items (refrigerator, stove, tables, etc.)

• No moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.

• We are happy to load your dishwasher, but cannot replace dishes in cupboards once complete. We don’t want to break anything.

• Cleaning any item or area that cannot be safely reached using telescopic cleaning tools and a step stool.

• Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery.

• Cleaning exterior windows.

• Cleaning Mini Blinds. Our cleaners are happy to dust horizontal metal or plastic mini blinds, but we have found that they are easily bent or damaged if anything beyond dusting is attempted.

• Removing strong odours (mould, animal waste, smoke, etc.) Again, we will do our best.

• Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines.

• Cleaning light bulbs.

• Cleaning rodent/insect infested homes.

• Removing excess paint from surfaces.

• Post-construction cleaning. We can provide that service, but it does not fall within the parameters of our online booking system and would require an in-person visit to make a quote.

• Deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.)

• Heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, other painted surfaces. We don’t want to potentially damage your paint!

Keep in mind that if you are a client with a Standard Clean recurring service, that we request you notify our office, a few days in advance, of any extra’s you may wish to add to your service so that we can adjust your booking and allow for the extra time needed. We cannot accommodate your request if you make it through your cleaner when they arrive.
